COMMENTS: This bike belonged to the customer's family for several years. It was brought to us to get it running but to leave the original paint & history intact (no cosmetic work.) Per the customer's request, we cleaned & sealed inside of gasoline tank, painted the rear tail light mount & replaced red lens, create top end engine gaskets, set timing, cleaned original Delorto carburetor & air filter, repaired air filter hose, corrected the electrical wiring, installed Ignition switch & new tires, modified incorrect ignition brake plate, cleaned & re-grease steering head bearings, replace front fork oil & springs, replaced handlebar grips, hand polished leather seat with mink oil, replaced gasoline tank cap gasket, cleaned petcocks/fuel valves, installed 6 volt battery & new battery strap, replaced foot rubbers, created front fender mud flap, replaced cables, and changed oil & cleaned sump screen. The little bike came back to life and is being enjoyed again.
