COMMENTS: Replace Amal 930 concentric carburetor. Replace clear fuel line, replace oil line, replace 2 air filter elements, clean & reseal leaky engine top end, new spark plugs, adjust valves. Polish primary, right hand cover, inner transmission & valve covers. Change all fluids: 50w engine oil, primary & transmission. Repair rear section of gasoline tank. Strip, prime, paint, stripe & clear coat gasoline tank + 2 air box covers + 2 side covers in customer designed layout. Remove Kreem from gasoline tank interior & seal, new gasoline tank cap with gasket, replace 2 petcocks, British made (on & reserve) + 2 petcock extender pipes & nuts. New front & rear tires, clean & re-use spokes, hand polish rims. Replace drive chain, secure seat mounting points/brackets, new maintenance free battery, lube cables, replace throttle cable, install Boyer electronic ignition, un-seize front brake caliper, replace handlebar bushings, correct exhaust link pipe. Clean horn, weld crack & paint. Add 2 new side cover rubber plugs, new turn signal flasher & Oil pressure switch. 47 hours of labor
