Level B Restoration

COMMENTS: This Honda had been partially restored by the previous owner but our customer, Jim, wanted it fully restored. Also, the Honda didn’t run correctly so we cleaned the carburetor & petcock/fuel valve, replaced points & set timing, soda blasted the engine, painted engine top end, painted engine side covers, polished, replace frame decal, repaired & painted exhaust, replaced cracked headlight bucket and re-chromed headlight ring, re-wrapped wiring harness by headlight bucket, replace fork leg tubes & rebuilt front forks, rebuilt front & rear wheels including new tire, pokes, brake shoes & wheel bearings & painting the hubs & polishing, new foot peg rubbers and handle bar grips, replaced the horn switch, re-cad plated various hardware and cleaned & sealed the inside of the gasoline tank. This Level B restoration took over 40 hours of labor.
