COMMENTS: Our customer contacted us about this Jawa he purchased used as a teenager. The bike was complete and had not been started for the past 30 years. We serviced this Jawa by replacing the 6 volt battery, clean & rebuild 1 Jikov carburetor, replace fuel line & 2 oil hoses, replace worn Jikov petcock with UK petcock, clean & seal inside of gasoline tank, install new 6 volt turn signal flasher, reinstall right side indicator light, create neutral indicator light lens & cover to look like original, clean ignition switch, replace left side handle bar switch assembly (turn signals & horn), clean points and set, replace tires, smooth rear wheel rim dent, smooth front fender dent, clean air filer, lube cables, change fluids, replace grips & foot peg rubbers, install stock Jawa handlebar levers, new handle bar & mirrors, create license plate bracket, clean & re-seal engine, and install two 6 volt Lucas coils. This service took over 21 hours + parts
