COMMENTS: Repair of this overheating Kawasaki was attempted a few years ago by another shop but arrived here in boxes & not running. Part of the mechanical work it needed included a complete engine & transmission rebuild with valve adjustment of its 6 cylinder engine, upgrade to new, higher capacity, lighter weight aluminum radiator, repair charging system & wiring harness, evaluate ignition system, clean 3 carburetors, create aluminum & brass "T" connector for carburetor, create aluminum carburetor adjuster knob, flush brake system, install new brake lines & front pads, replace tires, clean & seal inside of gasoline tank, replace handlebar switch, new battery, instrument gauge repair and some cosmetic work. 62 hours of labor & many hard-to-find parts later, this Kawasaki now runs well, does not overheat and will be enjoyed by its owner for many years.
