motor top & bottom end rebuild, new seals,
new gaskets, new piston & rings (standard),
new timing chain, new clutch plates, and valves. All bearings in transmission & crankshaft were replaced. Air filter & all tune-up parts are new.
- New tires are dual-purpose. New tubes are heavy duty for trail and asphalt
- Front forks rebuilt with new bushings, seals, and oil
- New primary drive chain & sprocket
- Stock original exhaust system (not welded or repaired)
- All lights and electrical equipment function perfectly
- Carburetor rebuilt with new float and gasket set
- 2005 Professional Cosmetic Restoration: tank & side covers repainted with original graphics & original safety decals
- New seat cover with correct Honda logo on the back
- Clean, original tank - inside is Perfect (not previously sealed)
- This was NOT a "scrimp & save" or reuse type of restoration
- Mileage: 8,788 with approx. 150 miles written since the restoration
