SPOKE WHEEL LACING, POLISHING & REBUILDING

Our labor rate is $90 hr / Examples of our work are below

• Remove the wheel from bike = .25 to .5 hour each
  

• Remove old tire from rim = .25 hour
  

• Re-lacing & truing =  1 to 2 hours labor per wheel (parts extra)
  

• Wheel polishing = 1 to 2 hours labor per wheel + supplies 
  

• Clean & media-blast Brake Hub = .5 to 1 hour each
  

• Clean & polish Brake hub = 1 to 1.5 hour each
  

• Clean & paint brake hub = .5 to 1 hour each
  

• Installation of New Bearings = .5 hour per wheel (parts extra)
  

• If hubs require combo of media-blast & polish = 1 - 2 hours per side per hub + supplies
  

• New chrome rim = $300 to $400 each when available
  

• New stainless Steel spokes = $200 to $300+ per set when available
  

• Re-chrome rim = $400 + shipping + insurance
  

• Powdercoating removal = .5 to 2 hours per part
  

• Shipping wheels and/or parts to us?  Email us before shipping to confirm we can perform the service.  In the email: include your full name, complete address, daytime phone number, email address, vehicle year, make & model and the work you want performed. Include digital photos of the wheels. --- After we respond to your email & accept the project, ship the parts along with $120 as a deposit. Deposit payable via check, credit card, or PayPal to info@rcycle.com.  When the parts arrive we'll contact you to discuss the work & estimate.
