COMMENTS: This un-restored Triumph arrived needing lots of mechanical work including a complete engine rebuild including clean sludge trap, new pistons & rings and cosmetic work, replace fuel lines, install Podtronics rectifier/regulator, new tires, replace oil hoses & vent hose, rebuild front forks, replace petcocks, install tapered steering head bearings, clean & seal inside of gas tank, install new speedometer + tachometer, install correct Amal carburetor, replace drive chain, repair horn, polish 3 engine covers, paint frame & various parts black, replace fenders, replace cables, polish various parts, install correct oil cap with dipstick, repair handlebar switches, replace oil cap with dipstick, re-chrome grab rail, new battery, new oil pump, install new steering lock with 2 key replace wheel rims & stainless steel spokes, new front hub cover, repair threads & 2 cracks in timing cover, new Tachometer drive gear & tach thimble, repair/replace other various items – mechanical & cosmetic - throughout bike. Exhaust was customer's choice. To make the bike good looking & run great, it took over 67 labor hours.
